What leaves your device
Spoken questions (as text), bounded recent turns for the current spoken context, and any requested camera snapshot you consent to share go to our server and then to a cloud AI provider via the Lovable AI Gateway to generate replies.
Browser voice preview
Speech recognition is provided by your browser and may process audio on your browser vendor's servers. It is not fully private or local. Speech output uses your device's built-in voices.
Camera
The preview stays in your browser. A fresh resized still is sent only when you request a look and confirm camera-sharing consent. Camera defaults off; continuous capture is disabled. No video or audio is recorded. No face recognition, emotion inference, or identification of people.
What we store
Our cloud stores your account and validated avatar default, plus saved custom avatars and optional explicitly approved memories. Remember conversations is off by default. If you turn it on in Brain & memory, complete text turns from Voice + tools (test) calls, your confirmed preferred name, people you introduce (as you describe them), confirmed memories and meeting notes you choose to save are stored in your account, scoped per brand. Relevant saved text is shared with OpenAI during later calls. No raw audio, camera frames, face data or voice prints are stored. You can search, edit, export, delete or erase it all. The standard Voice call has no saved recall.
Security
I’m AI and can make mistakes. We take precautions, but no system is completely secure; stored data could be accessed or stolen. Review important answers before acting. Saved text is not end-to-end encrypted. Common passwords, codes and card numbers are filtered before saving, but filtering cannot catch everything.
Browser storage is not a vault
Local storage is not encrypted and can be read by anyone with access to this browser. Transcripts are not saved. When you save preferences, only the capital, borrowing and salary answers are excluded automatically; other free-text answers could still contain sensitive details, so choose saved fields carefully. View, export or delete them on the Memory page.
AI limits
Replies are AI-generated, can be wrong or outdated, and are not financial, legal or valuation advice. A camera view is not an inspection. Verify with qualified professionals.
Providers
The AI provider processes requests under its own terms. We can't promise data never leaves your device — it does whenever you use cloud AI.
